  • On June 30, 2005, her long-time boyfriend, cameraman Patrick McDermott, went missing after going on an overnight fishing trip on a sport fishing vessel out of San Pedro, California. As of August 22, 2005, the U.S. Coast Guard had not located his whereabouts.
